It’s been gray, raining, and/or storming off and on for the entire three days in a row (!!!)(and over the weekend, no less!!!) that I’ve been off work. It’s thrown a serious wrench in my plans to get a load of yardwork done, like having David mow the grass, get some of last Autumn’s leaves blown out of the yard, and help me dump some weeds and dirt off in the woods. Really, why don’t we own a wheelbarrow?
Anyway, so we’re indoors and I’m contemplating sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. I know, how EXCITING. But I’ve found that serious contemplation is best done when one is peaceful and happy, and here’s what’s making me happy: MORE TURQUOISE. Although I can’t say that sharing these finds makes me peaceful because there is always the possibility that these goodies will be snapped up by someone else before I get the chance. Well, what can I say, I’m a big risk taker. Like, should I just dust with the Swiffer or should I actually break out the rag and the can of Pledge? Maybe a risk taker would just grab a can of compressed air and BLOW the dust away!
