Banana Crumb Muffins. The recipe is here. I followed the recipe almost exactly; the only thing I did differently was to use 1/4tsp cinnamon in the streusel topping instead of the 1/8tsp cinnamon the receipe called for. I don’t have a 1/8tsp to measure with and was too lazy to try to just use half of the 1/4tsp. I think 1/8tsp wouldn’t have been enough, anyway.
Next time I make these I’ll try following some of the reviewer’s suggestion, like adding vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the batter, and substituting oil instead of butter to get an even dozen muffins out of the mix instead of just ten. Either way, this recipe turned out really moist and tasty.
