Mine, specifically, is beating for the following:
Pure Red Dinnerware by Mikasa at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I’m imagining these dishes in this cabinet (that I’ve linked to before):
The Garrett Glass Cabinet at Pottery Barn. I’d mix up those red and white dishes with some plain white dishes and some bright, pretty, turquoise colored dishes, like these:

I’ve not been doing much of interest lately except shopping. I’ve spent a bit of the money that I’ve been saving up for Christmas and now everyone’s going to be lucky to get a bag of Hershey’s Kisses on Christmas Day. One bag for everyone to share, for clarification. I don’t know, I see all these pretty things and I just get tired of denying myself, so I have to splurge once in a while, particularly on my house. I’ve been buying prints and photos to hang on my walls, such as:

I also bought some photos of Destin from a photographer I found on Flickr. No, I haven’t given up that particular obsession yet, why do you ask? I am also hoping to find this photo by Yvette Inufio in her Etsy shop soon; I just love the peace it implies. So I’ve got all this art in mind but haven’t gotten the walls painted yet. Go me!
I’ve also organized my bathroom drawers. I’ve thrown out stuff I’ve never used, stuff that expired, and replaced the majority of my makeup. Thanks mostly to Aromaleigh, I am now the proud owner of a heck of a lot of makeup for someone who hardly ever wears makeup. But I love the sparkles and shimmers, and the colors are great. In order to get all that makeup and some of my other stuff organized, though, I bought some drawer organizers from Target. I feel a little OCD, but I like opening the top drawer especially, whenever I walk by, just so I can enjoy how neat it all looks:
What took me so long to discover Pottery Barn? OMG, it’s one of very few stores where I love absolutely everything and want to bring the entire store catalog home with me.
But right this very minute? I NEED this red cabinet:
The latest life news is that my son now has learner’s permits for both a vehicle license and a motorcycle license, the latter of which is required for his new scooter. Oh my Gawd. And that’s all I’ve got to say about that.
