I focus on┬árekindling my clients’ love of movement by ‘playing’ with various forms of exercise and identifying the forms that connect with my clients. ┬áI like to keep a sense of play in my training approach so that my clients enjoy their fitness regimen.

Creating a new ‘habit’ is easier when that habit is enjoyable!

Whether using the GRAVITY machine or whether dancing or blissing out with yoga, I strive to make fitness enjoyable AND effective.
