Yin & Yang movements come together in this 1-hour program. GRAVITY is an incline body-weight training machine that allows for strength, endurance and cardio training, using your own body weight as resistance. GRAVITY training programs offer a combination of unparalleled variety (so you are never bored) with safe movement, alleviating the worry of impact on the joints. A 30-minute GRAVITY blast routine will be rounded out with 30 minutes of Yin Yoga. Yin yoga is a slow, relaxing practice that allows for deep stretching of the connective tissue leaving you feeling energized and calm. This is a small group session; 4 students only per session.
